AlgoBharat LiveHack: The Bangalore Sprint

Winning AlgoBharat LiveHack 2025 at Zo House, Bangalore was one of the most intense building experiences of my career.

The Challenge

We were tasked with building a utility-driven NFT application that could scale to thousands of users on the Algorand blockchain.

The Solution: AlgoQuest

We built AlgoQuest, a platform that gamifies on-chain participation. Instead of just "holding" NFTs, users have to complete "quests" (transactions, voting, or social tasks) to evolve their digital assets.

Why Algorand?

• Instant Finality: Essential for a smooth gaming experience.
• Low Fees: Users can perform hundreds of quest actions without worrying about cost.
• Developer DX: The new Python-based smart contract tools made building the logic a breeze.

The Result

We took home the 1st Place in the Live Hack track. This win solidified my commitment to the Algorand ecosystem and led to my current role as Tech Lead for the Algorand Blockchain Club at JNTUH.
