My Hackathon Journey 2025: From JNTUH to Global Recognition
A reflection on the wins across Algorand, Cardano, TON, and Protocol Labs ecosystems this year.
My Hackathon Journey 2025
This year has been a massive whirlwind of building, breaking, and winning. From the local club meetings at JNTUH to the high-stakes 24-hour live hacks in Bangalore, I've seen the power of what a small team with a big vision can do.
The Algorand Ecosystem: AlgoBharat
My journey really picked up steam with the AlgoBharat Hack Series. Winning multiple rounds and finally securing the Live Hack Winner title at the Grand Finale in Bangalore (@ Zo House) was a turning point. We were pushing the boundaries of what's possible on Algorand, from IoT integrations (AlgoIoT) to dev tooling.
Privacy & Encryption: PL Genesis
In April 2026, I took part in the PL Genesis: Frontiers of Collaboration Hackathon. This was a deep dive into privacy-focused DeFi. I built Polaris, a confidential "Buy Now, Pay Later" protocol using Zama's Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE). It was a massive technical challenge, but winning 1st Place in the Crypto/Infrastructure track made it all worth it.
Cardano Asia Hackathon
Taking 1st Place at the Cardano Asia Hackathon 2025 during India Blockchain Week (IBW) was another highlight. Working on HydraStation allowed us to explore the scalability potential of Cardano's Layer 2 solutions.
What's Next?
I'm continuing to focus on:
- Confidential DeFi and FHE applications.
- Cybersecurity (finishing my Google Professional Certificate).
- AI-driven design systems like NK-UI.
Thanks to all the mentors at Algorand Foundation, Zama, Protocol Labs, and the Cardano community for the support.
Let's keep building.
